Really good Stay Near the Basilica
bus station easy transportation clean towels full set
First, the hotel is near a bus station. This provides very easy city transportation. it is a short walk to the Trevi Fountain. From there, MANY attractions are accessible by foot. I found the staff helpful. The environment and cleanliness were wonderful. Clean towels and a full set of toiletries were provided, SO thoughtful!
The rooms were good and the air conditioning was amazing! The reception is staffed 24/7 with is good, though we were charged for breakfast at checkout, even if we have been told it was included.

the hotel sits a short walk from termini station along a main road. the staff was helpful . the location was great as most major attractions were within walking distance. my room and bathroom are spacious.

missing fridge brick wall
I was quite frustrated with several aspects of my stay! firstly, the promised city view never materialized. I faced a brick wall. secondly, the mini fridge was missing, a definite inconvenience for storing drinks or snacks. It meant constant trips to find refreshments.

The breakfast was a letdown! it was just really bad. the wi-fi was also really bad. It barely worked at all. i expected better for what i paid.

the location was amazing, near all touristic areas. i liked the clean and nice rooms. breakfast on the terrace was delicious and i appreciated the sun recommendation. staff gave great restaurant recommendations too.

staff was very helpful and friendly. maria at reception helped me with everything i needed. the reception desk operates 24/7 and the staff were accomodating when our travel plans changed.

the train station and metro station are near. the hotel is close to many tourist attractions. i could leave my luggage before check in and after check out, it really helped me.

awful racket terrible breakfast
the staff was helpful enough, i can say that was acceptable.
the breakfast was really subpar, quite a letdown. the room's air conditioning made an awful racket all night. the noise really gave me headache and i couldn't sleep well at all

termini station simple airport transfer advantageous location small room bad wifi poor breakfast
the hotel is near roma termini station. this makes getting from the airport simple. location is also advantageous. we found many main attractions were less than fifteen minutes away.
we had a room but it was small. there were also two beds, and mattresses weren't super. i found breakfast to be not good. the wifi was also very bad.
